Requirements:
- Network Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience in Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting and/or Network Solution designing of Cisco Routers and switches
- With At least 3 product lines like Catalyst 9000/6500/4500/3850/6800/ASR1K. Candidate must be experienced in and have internal product and/or Architecture knowledge
- Working knowledge and experience BGP, OSPF, ISIS, IP/MPLS, QoS,
- Experience Implementing /Supporting Layer 2, Layer 3 implementations will be key.
- Executing Migration windows and migration projects will be a plus.
- Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE etc.) would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation, commissioning, integration, system configuration, upgrades and use case creation.
- Responsible for building knowledge and sharing that within the professional services team but more broadly into the organization too.
- Support team from technical angel.
- Comfortable with daily customer interactions, including guiding and recommending measures for network improvements based on output coming from the portfolios.
- Analyze results and communicate them to the customer, highlighting performance degradation within their networks and provide recommended solutions.
- Help customers troubleshoot network issues identified by our solutions.
