Job Description

We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.  
As part of this project, your role as I2P Executive will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Job requirements:
•    Invoice processing;
•    Payments including direct debits;
•    Incoming vendor queries;
•    Outgoing queries (discrepancy resolutions);
•    Vendor master set up;
•    AP closing and reconciliations;
•    AP process management;
•    Vendor statement reconciliation;
•    Return to Vendor;
•    Meeting SLA;
•    Preparation of Dashboard Reports;
•    Handling Client Calls / Escalation process.

Candidate’ profile:
•    Advanced level of English AND Portuguese;
•    Excellent communication skills;
•    Domain knowledge;
•    Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Visio (Process Mapping);
•    Customer Centricity; 
•    Effective delegation & time management;
•    Commitment for excellence 
•    ERP exposure, SAP/MS Visio;
•    2-3 years of experience in relevant F&A operations.
