About the Role:  We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EUC Support solutions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting & managing multiple EUC platforms like, Mobility, VDI, S/W Distribution, Citrix & Asset Management.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing End User Computing Infrastructure Support to the customers as a part of Service Delivery.
  • Provide 2nd line technical support experience in a service desk environment.
  • Act upon instruction from the internal ticketing system, such as delivering project tasks, implementing requests for change in system access, and aiding in diagnosis/problem solving from escalated incidents.
  • Perform complete End User Transformation and Automation projects for client

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in support, maintenance, and engineering enhancements to end-user focused hardware, technologies.
  • Excellent experience in supporting a wide variety of end-user hardware in the Microsoft and Apple eco-systems
  • Remote Desktop, Apple Business Manager, VMware Workspace ONE MDM, VDI support - ideally AWS Workspaces, AD and Group Policy administration, Okta Workforce SAML authentication experience
  • Expertise in VDI (Vmware/Citrix), Office 365, Cloud data management, MS sharepoint
  • Knowledge on cloud technologies and migration to cloud services (Azure, AWS etc.,)
  • Good understanding on MMD, WVD, Amazon Workspace
  • Good understanding on Workspace one and Autopilot solutions
  • Good knowledge on VPN technologies, end point protection and encryption
  • Experience working with MDM tools – MS Intune, Airwatch or XenMobile
