Introduction:
Wipro is looking for a Murex Front Office Business Analyst to help their client deliver a large transformation of their Repo business. The candidate should be hands on and have prior experience of acting as PM which will be helpful but not mandatory. This is a new role which will be at the heart of the growth agenda for the organisation. The role will have a primary focus on supporting one of our largest key accounts in the financial services sector.

As a Murex Front Office Business Analyst you will be a part of the Capital Markets Practice where we provide business & technology advisory services, vendor product expertise & integration services, domain program management, & requirements delivery for custom system development, front to back across all areas of capital markets. Leading practices include - Investment Banking / Global Markets, Asset and Investment Management, Market Infrastructure Providers, Reference Data Management / Data Infrastructure Providers, Finance, Risk and Treasury Transformation, Package-Led Transformation.

Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with Front Office stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Status Reporting: Prepare and present status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Test Progress Tracking: Track test progress, coordinate with testing teams, and ensure successful completion of testing phases
- Project Experience: Leverage your prior experience in large projects migrating repo asset classes to drive successful project outcomes

Mandatory Skills/Experience:
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of Fixed Income products (Bonds, Shortpapers etc) or knowledge of Repo products (ReverseRepo, Triparty, Bond Borrow, Bond Lend, Sell/Buyback etc) and the life cycle events
- Murex Platform: experience as Murex Front Office Business Analyst
- Prior experience in large projects migrating repo asset classes
- Apex experience is a plus but not a must have
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst with some Project Management experience in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of Repo and SBL products and their life cycle events
- Proven experience in managing backlogs, status reporting, and risk & issue management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with Front Office stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
