Work Location: Mt Laurel, NJ / Dallas, TX / East Brunswick, NJ (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- Analyze and document business processes related to wealth management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements or new solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within wealth management operations.
- Work closely with IT teams to design, develop, and implement system enhancements or new solutions to support wealth management operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on wealth management systems and processes, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the wealth management and/or asset management industry.
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management and/or asset management processes, including client onboarding, account management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and experience implementing KYC processes within wealth/asset management systems.
- Experience with system analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
