Job Description

Looking for an experienced Test Automation Consultant to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions for our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, automation frameworks, and architecture, as well as experience with Tricentis Tosca & Selenium.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Design and implement automated testing solutions and frameworks

- Develop and maintain automated testing tools and scripts using Tricentis Tosca / Selenium

- Collaborate with development teams to identify testing requirements

- Develop and execute automated testing plans and scripts

- Troubleshoot and resolve automated testing issues

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

- Mentor and train team members on automated testing best practices across various technology stack such as web ui, mainframe, api, sales force and desktop apps

  • Requirements:

     

    - 13+ years of experience in software testing and automation

    - Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium)

    - Proficiency with Tricentis Tosca

    - Must have certifications on Tosca AS1 & AS2, TDS1 & TDS2

    - Good to have Tosca AE1 & AE2 TA 1 certified

    - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)

    - Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies

    - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

    - Strong communication and collaboration skills

    - understanding of Github, Bit bucket

    - Experience with Tricentis Tosca, including:

        - Model-based test automation

        - Test data management

        - Service virtualization

        - Integration with CI/CD pipelines

The potential compensation for this role is based on labor costs in local markets, as well as the job-related skills, knowledge, and experience of the candidate. Expected base pay for this role ranges from [$60,000] to [$135,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options as well as potential incentive or variable compensation.
