The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution

Detailed JD

 

-8 to 10 year Functional testing Experience in Retail domain with hands-on testing experience in Kronos application - WFM, WFC

-Secondary skill -  Experience in Oracle Retail app , Workday testing.

-Tested solutions across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Advanced Scheduler modules.

-Proficient in Timekeeping, Accruals, Advanced Scheduler, Forecasting, Attendance, and upgrades.

-Experience as Test lead, handling System Integration, UAT, Release management.

-Good knowledge of Automation, Jira, Confluence tools.

-Should have experience in ALM\Zephyr and in preparing Test Plan/Test Strategy, developed test scenarios and detailed test cases.

-Should be a quick learner and willing to learn new languages and tools if project requires.

-Worked in Agile programs – SAFe.

-Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels, to work with Product managers, Scrum masters, Developers, etc.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
