Job Description

Role Purpose

This role involves designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to identify bottlenecks, optimize system efficiency, and ensure scalability. The tester collaborates with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to provide insights that improve reliability and responsiveness, ultimately enhancing user experience.

  • 8-10 years of experience in Performance testing using LoadRunner.
  • Develop performance test strategies, plans, and test cases based on project requirements.
  • Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using industry-standard performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar tools.
  • Lead and manage the performance testing team to ensure the successful delivery of performance testing activities.
  • Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and work towards their resolution.
  • Utilize JIRA for test case management, defect tracking, and project management.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with teams responsible for application, database, network, and integration layers to provide performance tuning recommendations.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the performance testing team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of working in  Azure Integration projects.
