Technical Specialist

8 to 10 yoe in similar role: Technical Support & customer management and service.

  • Proven track record of effectively communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Conversational Fluent English
  • Stake holder management to work with stake holders closely.
  • Technical knowledge on Microsoft 365 services majorly in Teams, SharePoint on product level.
  • Gen AI solutions primarily Microsoft 365 Copilot, Canva, Adobe AI and other Gen AI tools are advantage.
  • Open minded to learn new technologies and provide trainings to Business users with business use cases(example with Gen Ai tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot).
  • Added advantage having Analytics knowledge with tools like Excel, Power Bi.

 

The Role:

Will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical and non-IT users, ensuring that technical information is effectively communicated to non-technical users. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and client service skills to create awareness and engagement for client's products.

Hybrid 3 days per week in our office in Mexico City (Alcaldia Benito Juarez) some days in Polanco.
