Cryptography EMV Engineer

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with 10+ years of technical experience in the following, or 12+ years of experience without a Bachelor’s degree as a Systems or Solutions Engineer or related. • Attention to detail with excellent analytic, troubleshooting, written and verbal communication skills. • Shows initiative assisting or owning issues/projects/documentation – drives to quality and completion. • Knowledge/experience with IT/Security infrastructure with ability to interact with IT discussing related concepts. • Experience working with source control tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, or JFrog as well as collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence, Oracle, etc.. • Requires face-to-face, end-user customer relationship management. • Must be able to multi-task work with minimum supervision with a demonstrated ability to learn new products and technology quickly. Understanding of setup or administration of common VMWare and virtualization platforms • Experience with Windows/networking services such as Active Directory, DNS, IIS, or Certificate/PKI • Demonstrated success in effectively communicating at all levels of an organization • Some familiarity with database analysis, design, optimization and experience performing SQL and T-SQL queries. • Competent programming and/or scripting experience in JavaScript, advanced batch, python or powershell. • Ability to understand and create or edit high level network or data flow diagrams Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with products ( Certificate Authority, Admin Services, Identity Enterprise, Identity as a Service, Secura, DPP or Adaptive Issuance). • SCOM and SCCM or similar automated operations and delivery management platforms • Financial and Government sector experience • Experience working with Hardware Security Modules from(nCipher), SafeNet or Thales. • Knowledge in Linux, XML/HTML, Eclipse, Apache/Tomcat, Java, C#, and .NET programming • Experience with Cloud services such as AWS and Azure. • Security+ certification or basic understanding of Security DevOp

2.    Enable Delivery Teams by providing optimal delivery solutions/ frameworks
a.    Build and maintain relationships with technical leaders, product owners, peer architects and other stakeholders to become a trusted advisor
b.    Develops and establishes relevant integration metrics (KPI/SLA) to drive results
c.    Identify risks related to integration and prepares a risk mitigation plan 
d.    Ensure quality assurance of the integration architecture or design decisions and provides technical mitigation support to the delivery teams
e.    Leads the development and maintenance of integration framework and related artefacts
f.    Develops trust and builds effective working relationships through respectful, collaborative engagement across individual product teams
g.    Ensures integration architecture principles, patterns and standards are consistently applied to all the projects
h.    Ensure optimal Client Engagement
i.    Support pre-sales team while presenting the entire solution design and its principles to the client
ii.    Coordinate with the client teams to ensure all requirements are met and create an effective integration solution
iii.    Demonstrate thought leadership with strong technical capability in front of the client to win the confidence and act as a trusted advisor

1.      		 Support sales team to create wins % of proposals with Quality Index  >7, timely support of the proposals, identifying opportunities/ leads to sell services within/ outside account (lead generation), no. of proposals led
2. Delivery Responsibility in Projects/Programs and Accounts   (a)    Solution acceptance of Integration architecture (from client and/or internal Wipro architecture leadership), and 
(b)    effective implementation of integration-approach/solution component by way of sufficient integration-design, methods guidelines and tech-know how of team 
3. Delivery support CSAT, delivery as per cost, quality and timelines, Identify and develop reusable components, Recommend tools for reuse, automation for improved productivity and reduced cycle times
4. Capability development  % trainings and certifications completed, increase in ACE certifications, thought leadership content developed (white papers, Wipro PoVs)
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,58,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
