Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Temporary Vendor Contractor (TVC) to join our team as a Hardware Development and NPI Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting hardware development projects, managing New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, and optimizing workflows through process enhancements. Your technical expertise, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will ensure smooth and efficient execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Skills Utilization (Must-Have):
• Proficient in gSuite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.) and Google Looker Studio (or Microsoft's BI and Tableau)
• Can design and integrate API, can design a user friendly system
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Google App Script, Javascript , Python) and database tools (SQL), and good debug, troubleshooting skills.
2. Process Automation and Tools (Must-Have):
• Develop UI/tools/scripts/database to enhance EPM/EPS team workflows.
• Create solutions to optimize work processes, using programming/scripting skills as required.
3. Post-Development Testing (Must-Have):
• Evaluating and confirming functionality through testing after development to ensure that updates or features meet specified requirements and align with expected outcomes.
4. Hardware Build Support (Trainable):
• Support hardware development builds, including the basic knowledge of the MES data (Shopfloor data).
• Track shipment status and manage engineering shipments, assets, and devices. Prior experience with DHL, DHL Express, and Trade is highly preferred..
5. Manage Allocation and Delivery (Trainable):
• Maintain the allocation database and provide allocation direction.
• Track system delivery schedules and ensure timely distribution to all product groups.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in hardware development, NPI, or operations.
• Technical Expertise:
• Experience developing and implementing tools to improve team workflows.
• Good at using Gemini to find issues, solve problems, and develop tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $66,000 to $99,000.
