Job Description
Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced IT product manager to work within Finance IT on a high-profile project to deliver a Profit and Loss / Product Control IT solution. You will be part of a global team of product manager helping to design and build a critical strategic IT framework for financial control workflow and automation.

Do
You will be responsible to contribute the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the systems and tools that are supported by the PnL Crew and hence required to:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, other Product Owners and tech leaders to analyze, understand, articulate and drive requirements.
- Juggle and orchestrate many parallel requests, own your Product Backlog and drive Backlog Refinements.
- Build inspiring roadmaps, OKRs and epics for the products you own and guide the pod to implement them
- Translate business requirements into user stories, technical specifications. Ensuring requirements are documented well (using JIRA / Gitlab) and understood by the designers and engineers
- Ensure alignment of business analysis activities with the overall strategic goals of the organization
- Supporting pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals.

You will be joining a team of PMs jointly responsible for the managing and supporting the PnL apps. This PnL crew manages strategic change initiatives and transformation across the Product Control and Valuation Control functions. You will collaborate closely with many other teams involved on the project including Business users, Finance change, Front office and IT, Finance IT teams. As a Product Manager, you’ll play an important role in the successful implementation of IT solutions.

Your expertise
- At least 6+ years of Product Manager, Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst experience in an Agile delivery model
- Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders at different levels and internal & external teams
- Knowledge on Banking Products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Sound judgement and attention to detail, with ability to troubleshoot independently, drive multiple changes/projects and effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
- Ability to manage end to end projects throughout agile methodology including requirements and use case documentation, story writing and the SDLC
- Coming up with outcome-focused deliveries those meeting OKRs (Objectives and Key results) as well as a product road map
- Strong expertise in writing user stories and clear acceptance criteria based on stakeholder needs and priorities with hands on experience with JIRA / Gitlab and Confluence
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, coupled with ability to build networks and partnerships at all levels
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Hands on experience in querying data and writing SQL
