Job Description
• Handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Healthcare hiring.
• Understand the Client Requirements.
• Non-IT hiring/bulk hiring.
• Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portal like Naukri, Times & Monster also through Reference and Network.
• Searching resumes through internal databases, and external entities like Boolean searches, Mass Mailing through job boards, Job Posting, LinkedIn searches.
• Sourcing and screening profiles as per requirement.
• Coordinating the interview Drives.
• Sourcing the Quality and Suitable candidates from the target Companies with the help of Resources Provided.
• Screening the Candidate based upon the educational qualification, technical skills, Communication skill and experience.
• Creating the Database skill wise against given Requirement.
• Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates for the Interview.
• Maintaining the Trackers & Reports of the Candidates.
• Should be comfortable in travelling.
R͏oles and responsibilities
• Meet set targets as per recruitment plan.
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
• Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
• Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting, sourcing channel development, recruitment campaign planning etc.
• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
• Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
