Role: Techno Functional Consultant 

Location: Naperville, IL

 

Job Responsibility:

He should be able to bridges the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, focusing on the infrastructure and technologies supporting those solutions. He should analyze business needs, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and guide the development and implementation of IT infrastructure. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

Work with business users to understand their needs and document those requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT infrastructure capabilities.

  • Solution Design:

They design technical solutions to meet business requirements, considering factors like scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Technical Implementation:

Involved in coding, testing, and deploying solutions, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and are well-integrated into the existing infrastructure.

  • Documentation:

Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and user manuals, to guide development and support teams.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance:

Testing to ensure solutions meet quality standards and are free of defects before deployment.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business users, to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

  • Problem Solving:

Resolve technical issues that arise during implementation or operation, ensuring the infrastructure is running smoothly.

  • Support and Maintenance:

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, addressing user inquiries and ensuring the infrastructure remains functional and secure. 

 

Skills:

  • Minimum of 12 years’ administration experience on Infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

The ability to understand complex problems and develop effective solutions.

  • Technical expertise

Knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud platforms.

  • Communication and Interpersonal skills

The ability to effectively communicate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Project Management skills :

 The ability to manage projects, track progress, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. 

 

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$100000 to $125000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
