Life Sciences Consulting Partner – Commercial and Analytics
We are looking for an industry leader responsible for leading client relationships, driving business growth within specific industries or practice areas, developing complex consulting solutions, and managing large-scale projects. Leveraging deep expertise and strong client connections, the Consulting Partner will help achieve strategic business goals for Wipro clients.
The Consulting Partner should possess significant industry experience and entrepreneurial acumen to drive sector growth and provide strategic leadership within our Life Sciences Consulting practice under Wipro Health. This individual will lead client delivery, drive business development, and manage sales and marketing activities within the practice.
# Responsibilities / Skills:
• Business Development: Drive demand generation initiatives, shape large opportunities/deals, and create business opportunities across Wipro's life sciences clients. Position Wipro as a thought-leader and strategic partner.
• Client Leadership: Lead and support complex engagements while maintaining high client satisfaction. Deliver exceptional quality work.
• Thought Leadership: Elevate Wipro's industry presence by collaborating with marketing to brand offerings and showcase thought leadership. Publish case studies, articles, whitepapers, and present at industry events.
• Practice Development: Build high-performing teams, foster continuous learning, and develop market-relevant domain offerings.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with Wipro's vision. Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Innovation: Stay updated on emerging digital trends and recommend innovative solutions.
• Collaboration: Work with regional Account/Sales teams and solution providers/alliance partners to manage pre-sales processes and build Go-to-Market plans.
# Required Knowledge and Experience:
• 13+ years in Life Sciences, with management consulting experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS); advanced degrees (Masters, MBA, or PhD) are preferred.
• Proven leadership in transforming business operations across multiple industries.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing client relationships at the C-level.
• Expertise in Life Sciences commercial operations and strategy, with knowledge of advanced technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Suite products.
• High level of personal and professional integrity.
“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $190,000 to $265,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.”
