Technical Writer

Location; Jersey City, NJ

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a documentation role within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., SEC, FINRA, SOX).
  • Proficiency in document management systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance engineering documentation.
  • Familiarity with ISO, ITIL, or other industry standards.
  • Certification in Regulatory Affairs or Technical Writing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timely delivery of high-quality documentation that meets compliance requirements.
  • Accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Efficiency in document control processes.
  • Positive feedback from internal teams and regulatory bodies.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $1,10,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
