Job Description
The role of the Cybersecurity Sales Head at Wipro Technologies-USA involves leading the sales and expansion of existing focus accounts within the Enterprise Security domain. As the Cybersecurity Sales Director, you will be accountable for driving profitable growth by developing strategic client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional delivery.
- Consult on Enterprise Security Solutions Offerings
- Prospect at the C-level and senior executive decision-maker levels, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business, organization, culture, and compelling reasons to act
- Manage large, complex customer relationships
- Provide delivery oversight
- Participate in and/or lead complex proposal solutioning and business value proposition development efforts
- Negotiate long-term contracts
- Be responsible for revenue management for the allocated region/accounts
- Create Business Development Plans for the allocated sector/accounts
- Own and manage the farming and delivery of accounts
- Collaborate in a virtual team to create value propositions to customers
- Lead large bid processes with a virtual team
- Engage with CXOs to advance the Security Business
- Represent the team in various steering committees, resolver groups, and drive the entire engagement
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders in the customer environment to transition and roll out the SOC to the customer
- Position, Architect, and Blueprint customer’s IT Security requirements
- Manage Customer expectations and be responsible for Customer Satisfaction
- Manage complete end-to-end Bid Management process of Security Programs for the region/accounts
- Evangelize Security Solutions and convert them into opportunities
- Demonstrate perseverance and a customer-oriented approach with commercial and business acumen
- Display effective communication and interpersonal skills, with strong market knowledge of the Enterprise Security industry and trends
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated to generate more business in the allocated account(s)
- Interested to work as an Individual contributor
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
