Job Description

​​​​​​​SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Sr. Consultant ​​​​​​​

  1. SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance and Goal Management) Architect is responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their HR - PMGM requirements, analysing existing PMGM processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement through SuccessFactors implementation.
  2. Business Process understanding, create overall Application Architecture Design aligned to the Business requirements, configure, and customize SAP SF PMGM module to meet client needs, manage data migration, and provide comprehensive training and support to end-users.
  3. The role requires proven experience in SuccessFactors PMGM configuration and implementation, strong understanding of HR processes, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. 10-12 Years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with implementation experience.

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,40,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
