Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including calls, chats, and emails while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Ensure service delivery is timely and accurate, meeting defined productivity levels that lead to satisfied customers.
- Build comprehensive client and domain knowledge to resolve inquiries on the first point of contact.
- Strictly adhere to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) concerning Customer Satisfaction, Service Levels, Handle Time, and Customer Efforts to ensure quality service.
- Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere within the team to enhance productivity and morale.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
- Follow attendance and accountability policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Address inquiries and issues effectively, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up processes are in place.
- Maintain high quality in delivery across all channels including calls, chats, and emails.
- Actively identify and suggest ways to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Education Eligibility:
- Graduates from fields such as B Com, BBA, BA, BCA, BHM, and B.Sc. are encouraged to apply, particularly those who have completed three-year programs.
- Fresh graduates as well as applicants with relevant BPO experience of up to 2.5 years are eligible for consideration.
- Candidates with full-time MBA, BE, or B Tech degrees with at least 6 months of applicable experience are also welcome to apply.

Shifts:
This position requires working US Shifts, which include evening or night hours, with a commitment to five operational days per week and two fixed days off for optimal work-life balance.
