Job Description

Job title - CAE - Durability Engineer -

Location: Novi, MI (Onsite)

BS (Mechanical engineering)

  • 5-7 experience in Automotive CAE domain – Durability, Structural analysis
  • Strong hands-on experience in CAE tools: ANSA, Hypermesh, Optistruct
  • Plastics domain experience is a must-have
  • Experience on running CAE load-cases for: Interiors (IP, Center Console, CCB) & Exteriors (Fascia)
  • Need to be able to perform tasks independently with minimal guidance from the customer leads
  • Ability to think laterally for solutions to problems
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

Client is looking for candidates with less 10 years of experience.  Preferrable 5-7 years.  Automotive experience is must.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
