Job Description
You will be joining Wipro Technologies-USA as a Lead Administrator - L1 (Contract). The role requires a strong skill set including CI/CD, Jenkins, Git & Maven, Unix Shell Scripting, SQL, troubleshooting using logs, Splunk/Dynatrace, ITSM, L2 Support experience, and PCF/AWS Cloud knowledge. Your responsibilities will include incident resolution, change implementation, root cause analysis, supporting UAT testing, traffic routing, configuring application/artifacts, and more. You will work closely with customers and other teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Rally (For Story and Bug Tracking)

• WinScp (file movement/ validation)
• Cyberark/Putty
• Toad – Querying Tool for DB

As the Lead Administrator - L1, your role involves managing and leading a team of technical professionals. You will be responsible for forecasting talent requirements, hiring resources, training on recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with onboarding standards, nurturing internal talent, and promoting diversity in leadership positions within the team.

As the Lead Administrator - L1, you will be evaluated based on various performance metrics related to operational efficiency, project delivery, problem resolution, and more. Along with this, you are expected to possess competencies such as client centricity, passion for results, execution excellence, collaborative working, learning agility, problem solving & decision making, and effective communication skills.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
