- Overall Industry experience of Minimum 12+ years, knowledge in Payments industry/Credit Card domain/Financial institutions preferred.
- Knowledge in IPM standards and formats, ISO messages for payments, Agile framework.
- Handson experience in File-Aid, Endevor, OPC is mandatory.
- Experience in onsite-offshore working model & excellent communication skills required.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining mainframe software applications using languages such as COBOL, DB2 and JCL
- Analyzing user requirements and translating them into technical specifications and code
- Performing system installations, modifications, testing, implementation and troubleshooting
- Providing support and risk assessment for project requirements
- Ensuring software applications meet performance, security, and quality standards
- Researching new technologies and software development trends
- Working with other developers and IT teams to create high-performance, scalable, and integrated solutions
