Job Description:

 

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM and expertise in Service Cloud
  • Experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Document supporting details to requirements such as process diagram and data flow diagrams and data mapping
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce data model, and providing technical and functional leadership on data strategy and complex data migration projects
  • Hands-on working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Ability to manage environments where business requirements change and an agile approach is needed
  • Strong critical thinking skills 
  • Analyst Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing insights and recommendations on platform improvements
  • Liaise between collaborators and Business Technology to ensure requirements are complete and fully developed as specified

 

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
