Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Key responsibilities
Able to design & implement ServiceNow AIOps capabilities in ServiceNow ITOM.
Experience implementing Event Management, Operational Intelligence and Health Log analytics
Architect and Implement AIOps use cases by integrating ServiceNow with other event sources like Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Splunk etc
Collaborate with stakeholders across Infra, application and service management to align on AIOps strategy
Design and configure even co-relation rules , noise reduction, anomaly detection
Required Skills
7+ years of IT experience with atleast 3 years specifically focused on ServiceNow AIops/ITOMP
Proven expertise in ServiceNow Event management, Operational Intelligence and CMDB/CI relationships
Sound understanding of Monitoring/Observability tools and integrations
Hands on experience with ServiceNow business rules, script include and flow designer
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in operational monitoring
Certification on ServiceNow – CSA, CIS – ITOM/Event Management

- Ensure that organizational programs like Performance Nxt are well understood and that the team is taking the opportunities presented by such programs to their and their levels below

- Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
- Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
- Proactively challenge the team with larger and enriching projects/ initiatives for the organization or team

Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
