Job Description: ServiceNow ITAM / SAM -Lead

Location : Plano, Tx

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 7+ Years of overall experience. Min 3 - 5 years SAM Experience.

• Certification in IT Asset Management (e.g., Certified Software Asset Manager - CSAM)

    Preferred Or ITIL v3/v4 Foundation preferred

• Extensive experience in IT asset management, including hands-on experience with the

    ServiceNow ITAM module and AMDB(Asset Mgmt Database)/ CMDB

• Proven track record of leading successful ITAM projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team

    members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with

    stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$55,000 to $125000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
