Role: Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Onboarding Functional Lead

Job Description:

An Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Onboarding Functional Lead typically has a blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle's cloud-based recruiting solutions with Retail Experience. Here’s a general profile for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Implementation and Configuration : Lead the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, ensuring that the system is configured to meet business requirements.

2.  Business Process Analysis : Analyze current recruiting processes and identify areas for improvement using Oracle solutions.

3.  User Training and Support : Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system.

4.  Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.

5.  System Testing : Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the functionality meets the specified requirements.

6.  Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to the recruiting cloud system.

7.  Updates and Enhancements : Stay updated with Oracle's latest features and enhancements, and recommend upgrades to improve functionality.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $1,58,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
