Job Description

Role Purpose

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Develop and execute strategies that align with broader business objectives.

• Set clear goals for the team, focusing on machine learning solutions

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models for predictive analysis, NLP and other AI applications.

• Collaborate with product managers/owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes.

• Architect and deploy LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral), multimodal AI (text, image, video), and AI-powered automation tools.

• Team Management, Talent Scouting and Training.

• Partner with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI into existing and new business applications.

• Monitor AI model performance and continuously optimize based on user feedback and business KPIs.
