Job Description

Wipro Technologies is excited to announce an opening for the position of Functional Consultant - L1, specifically for a SuccessFactors Consultant WFA with Reporting. Our mission is to empower our clients by leveraging cutting-edge technology solutions and providing exceptional data insights.

As a member of our dynamic team, you will immerse yourself in analytics, making significant contributions to the enhancement of our client's workforce analytics and reporting capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration and efficient implementation of SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.

This position is available in hybrid work mode where you will be working primarily from home with just three days required at the office, allowing you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments. We support a diverse workforce and welcome candidates across all regions of India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your 4+ years of experience to deliver comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA) solutions.
  • Leverage your proficiency in reporting tools including Report Center, AdHoc reporting, BIRT and PRD to craft meaningful reports that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Lead at least one end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors WFA and contribute to two support projects, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Gain a deep understanding of key data specifications and terminologies, including Measures, Dimensions, and Metric packs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to analytics and reporting.
  • Facilitate client workshops, prepare cutover documents, and provide hypercare support during go-live activities.
  • Design and build custom reports and dashboards tailored to specific business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring compliance with SAP standards and client's internal procedures.

SuccessFactors Consultant WFA with Reporting

To excel in this role, candidates should showcase a successful background in SAP SuccessFactors analytics, particularly in Workforce Analytics and People Analytics. Understanding various business processes within HR and the intricacies of data analytics will be key to delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to thrive in fast-paced environments.

You should also hold a certification in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in People Analytics Embedded or Workforce Analytics, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Workforce Analytics and Reporting.
  • Strong experience with BIRT and understanding of SuccessFactors modules like EC and PMGM will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS-SQL is a plus that can greatly enhance your contributions to the team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while demonstrating attention to detail.
