Your day at work will be like (Roles &
Responsibilities) Strong experience and expertise in Plan, Design and Implement End User Computing Device Management Platforms especially Intune and SCCM for small and large environments. • Strong experience and expertise in Plan, Design and Implement AD GPOs required for end-user platform • Configure SCCM for Imaging, Deployment and Patch Management . • Creating and Deploying Windows 10 using WAIK/ Windows ADK with MDT, Windows Deployment Services, SCCM • Knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Lite-Touch, Zero-touch Deployments, WDS/PXE Issues, Sysprep tool, WinPE • Experience in Implementation of Windows 10 provisioning using Windows Autopilot • Knowledge on Intune Management • Knowledge of hardware components and driver integration • Knowledge in application packaging, assessment, compatibility testing and virtualization in tools like Admin Studio. ORKA/APP-v etc. • Design agreed standard operating environment Software Configurations for managed Hardware based on specified functional requirements and the image management procedure. • Build standard operating environment Software Configurations that reflect agreed functional needs and specifications based on the operating environment design • Responsible for Deploying Images and also for Trouble shooting • Knowledge in VB Scripting, Batch Scripting and PowerShell Scripting (.Bat/.Cmd). • Should have good knowledge in MSI Tables. • Good knowledge on Windows Installer technology. • Knowledge about other sequencing tools (3rd party) such as Admin studio for automation will be an added advantage. • Hands on experience in handling Windows 10 Devices as MDM • Hands on experience in managing Windows 10 Devices with co-management • Experience in Windows Autopilot services setup and deployment

Do
- Provide adequate support in architecture planning, migration & installation for new projects in own tower (platform/dbase/ middleware/ backup)
- Lead the structural/ architectural design of a platform/ middleware/ database/ back up etc. according to various system requirements to ensure a highly scalable and extensible solution
- Conduct technology capacity planning by reviewing the current and future requirements
- Utilize and leverage the new features of all underlying technologies to ensure smooth functioning of the installed databases and applications/ platforms, as applicable
- Strategize & implement disaster recovery plans and create and implement backup and recovery plans
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the tower
- Manage day-to-day operations by troubleshooting any issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and developing fixes to avoid similar issues.
- Plan for and manage upgradations, migration, maintenance, backup, installation and configuration functions for own tower
- Review the technical performance of own tower and deploy ways to improve efficiency, fine tune performance and reduce performance challenges
- Develop shift roster for the team to ensure no disruption in the tower
- Create and update SOPs, Data Responsibility Matrices, operations manuals, daily test plans, data architecture guidance etc.
- Provide weekly status reports to the client leadership team, internal stakeholders on database activities w.r.t. progress, updates, status, and next steps
- Leverage technology to develop Service Improvement Plan (SIP) through automation and other initiatives for higher efficiency and effectiveness
