What are we looking for?
- Someone who is passionate about people and helping businesses deliver business outcomes.
- Prior background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) domain with at least 5+ years of work experience of which at least 3+ years are in OCM.
- Individually own and deliver change management activities such as Change Strategy, CIA, CRA, TNA, etc.
- Awareness and understanding of different Organizational Change Management approaches.
- Experience of driving change adoption for large scale technology implementation preferably in one of the following areas: SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, Cloud, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SFDC, Workday, RPA, Blockchain.
- Ability to effectively manage and work with cross cultural teams.
- Willingness to travel for short / long term to client location (Domestic as well as International).
- Support T&C leaders in practice and business development.
