Currently we are looking for a Support Engineer with IDAM (Identity and Access Management) Experience to join our Wipro team of specialist.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Post-joining transition leading and knowledge sharing with the support team
- Lead the technical discussion independently with customers and different stack holders
- Understanding of IT Support Levels and experience especially on L2 Level activities
- Performing initial analysis and troubleshooting to determine the root cause of the problems
- Understanding on business flow, using functional knowledge along with technical knowledge to identify the root cause of the problems
- Resolving incidents/requests which is part of the responsibilities or assigning them to respective teams
- Effective communication skills covering IT Team & Business Users.
- Need to work on documentation (SMTD,SOP)
- Maintain defined SLAs for various tasks
- Communicating & coordinating vendors to provide solutions
- Working with multinational companies, collaboration with cross-functional teams who are based both Globally and Locally.
- Understanding of common business processes
- Performing user management activities and supporting user access reviews
- Identify, evaluate, and document the risks or gaps in User Access Review (UAR) for client’s SOX-covered applications and databases
- Assist team in communicating with different application and database teams to fetch required User Access data from the systems and perform quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Assist team in collating required evidence to show appropriate review by designated business personnel
- Regularly interact with various teams to complete Access revocatio
Mandatory Skills:
- IT Support Experience
- User Access Management experience
- Min. 5 - 8 years of experience
- Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking
- Spanish Speaker
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Staffing & Recruitment Companies
- Experience in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Solutions and Business Flow
- Ticketing tools, particularly ServiceNow
- Active Directory and Domain Controller
- Experience in Access Review (GITC) for clients and SOX-relevant applications and databases
- Office 365 Environment
- SQL Scripting
- PowerShell scripting
- Understanding of Access levels and their criticality
- Experience in UAM & Sox Audit compliance
