IFS Developer

Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IFS Cloud Developer based in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IFS Cloud Service Management solution, including PSO, Mobile, and cloud Integrations. This role involves working closely with various teams to design and implement the solution knowing IFS Cloud product features and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Expertise with IFS Cloud Service Management solution, including PSO, Mobile, and Integrations.

  • Excellent experience with REST, SOAP-based services, and SQL server procedures, scripts, views, and functions.

  • Strong understanding of SOA principles and design patterns.

  • Expertise with sprint and release planning and managing change through various environments within the SDLC (Dev, UAT, QA, Perf, etc.).

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

͏Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Design, develop, test, tune, and implement IFS cloud application.

  • Integration and Deployment: Handle deployment, integration, and data migration activities on IFS Cloud solutions.

  • Incident and Change Management: Manage incidents escalated from L2 support and handle change requests related to configuration, code, database, or jobs.

  • Enhancements and Bug Fixing: Perform enhancements and bug fixes as part of the support scope.

  • Documentation and Support: Maintain all relevant documentation such as High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and user manuals for dispatchers, field technicians, and administrators.
