Job Description
We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.
As part of this project and a new team, your role as an OTC TL will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure OTC activities are performed timely and accurate;
- Prepare, generate, dispatch accurate and timely invoices for clients based on agreed-upon terms and pricing;
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments, dunning letters
- Ensure accurate clearings, reconciliations, reduction of unapplied cash balances, support resolution of discrepancies and variances in a timely manner
- Process customer refunds or adjustments as necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Credit management;
- Support/provide inputs for internal/external audit;
- Prepare reports as per the client and business needs, including but not limited to KPIs/SLAs, forecast, outstanding balances, etc;
- Propose and drive potential improvement opportunities, tools updates and implementation, etc;
- Assist team members in completing their daily assignments;
- Identify compliance and/or training challenges, trainer for the new team members;
- Ensure periodical review and update of the SOPs;
- Compliance in the month end closing;
- People Management – be a peoples manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team.

What will you bring?
- Graduate/Experience in Accounting/Economics;
- Exposure to Xledger, Navision, Oracle is an advantage;
- Previous work experience in OTC;
- Domain knowledge;
- Proficiency in English;
- PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel;
- Strong verbal/written communication skills;
- Able to handle escalations and business review sessions;
- Self-driven in problem analysis and solving;
- Drive for performance, results and improvements proactively;
- Team player, open and co-operative;
- Stakeholder management;
- Open to travel if case.
