Job Description

We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.

As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Procurement Helpdesk Officer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

        Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in English(spoken and written);
  • Min. 1 year experience in procurement domain;
  • Very good verbal/written communication skills;
  • Problem analysis and problem solving;
  • Strong customer management skills;
  • Exposure to Procurement systems (Ariba, SAP, SRM) and ticketing tools;
  • Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to keep tight deadlines, planning and organizing capacity.

       Responsabilities:

  • Ensures all incoming Procurement Services requests: Helpdesk queries / Chats are responded/treated on a day-to-day basis within the agreed SLA and accuracy;
  • Responsible of the quality of the service, continuous improvement and productivity delivered;
  • Relationship management with client stakeholders;
  • Work with the team to ensure all incoming Procurement Services requests: PR to PO / Helpdesk queries /Training to suppliers and client stakeholders are responded/treated on a day-to-day basis within the agreed SLA and accuracy;
  • Participate in training sessions for suppliers and client stakeholders;
  • Participate in Procurement-AP synergy meetings, identify and implement all improvement initiatives that would bring more efficiency/productivity/LT decrease for all client’s requests;
  • Perform problem analysis, including root cause analysis for escalations;
  • Provide support to the various end users & managers;
  • Ensure adherence to process essentials and compliance to customer requirements.
