Job Title: Power Platform Developer
Location: Toronto (3 days per week at client location)
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team at Wipro Technologies. With a focus on digital transformation and utilizing cutting-edge technology, you will play a vital role in designing and developing powerful applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, along with SharePoint and SQL integration. The ideal candidate is expected to bring expertise in Python programming and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Analysis and Design:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document clear requirements.
- Design innovative software solutions based on in-depth analysis of business processes and technology capabilities.
- Investigate problem areas and lead discussions through the software development life cycle.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities for system enhancements to optimize performance and scalability.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into actionable design specifications.

2. Development and Coding:
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Implement automated testing strategies to validate functionality and performance of software modules.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues and bugs promptly to maintain high system availability.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to track project progress and ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Document all aspects of software development, including detailed user guides and technical specifications.

3. Ongoing Communication and Client Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to clarify requirements and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay current with emerging technologies and development practices.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to evaluate system integrations and improve user experience based on customer insights.
- Ensure that communication with clients is clear, professional, and adheres to best business practices.
- Proactively manage customer expectations to ensure satisfaction and deal with queries or concerns in a timely manner.
