Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Wipro Technologies-Canada as a Solution Architect - L1. In this role, you will leverage your strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Databricks. You will be responsible for developing ETL processes, data pipelines, and integration solutions, utilizing your advanced knowledge of SQL and other data processing languages like Python, Scala, or Spark. Additionally, you will work on Azure DevOps, version control, and CI/CD practices for efficient data engineering solutions while ensuring adherence to cloud security, data governance, and compliance standards. As a preferred qualification, being Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert would be advantageous. Experience with Power BI for data visualization, as well as expertise in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka in the Azure environment, will be valuable assets in this role.

    • As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in resourcing by anticipating talent requirements based on market trends and client needs. Hiring the right resources for the team will be essential for project success.
  • Talent Management
    • You will lead talent management efforts, ensuring effective onboarding and training to enhance team capabilities. Building an internal talent pool and managing team attrition while promoting diversity in leadership roles will be part of your responsibilities.
  • Performance Management
    • Setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and providing feedback will be crucial in driving team performance. Ensuring adherence to performance standards for the entire team is paramount.
  • Employee Satisfaction and Engagement
    • You will champion engagement initiatives to foster a positive team culture. Monitoring team satisfaction scores and implementing engagement strategies will be vital for team cohesion and motivation.
