Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution

•                     Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery.

•                     Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Azure products.

•                     Experience with complex data integration implementations, data completeness controls, and monitoring tools.

•                     Experience with implementing name screening capabilities preferred.

•                     Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate preferred.

•                     10+ years relevant delivery experience, including implementation of new technology (COTS/SaaS, custom), with 5+ years' experience delivering on AML regulatory initiatives.

•                     Strong relationship management, influence skills and ability to productively interact with all levels of leadership.

•                     Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills with tech and business audiences.

•                     Readiness and motivation to direct and collaborate with large and diverse groups or project teams focused on complex development, system enhancements, new releases, large-scale applications, projects across multiple product lines, businesses, involving significant scope and complexity.
