The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Job Title: Back End Developer Java

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Back End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and maintaining server-side applications using Java and Azure technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying robust and scalable back-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration with various APIs and deployment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Server-Side Applications: Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Java, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Azure Integration: Utilize Azure services and Azure DB to build and manage cloud-based applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • API Development: Create and integrate RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between different components of the application.
  • Deployment Tools: Utilize deployment tools such as EDP to automate and streamline the deployment process, ensuring efficient and error-free releases.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Code Review and Testing: Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and perform debugging to ensure code quality and reliability.

  • Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
    • Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/ escalations as per SLA and quality requirements 
    • If unable to resolve the issues, timely escalate the issues to TA & SES
    • Provide product support and resolution to clients by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions
    • Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous and professional manner
    • Offer alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
    • Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
    • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance to contract SLA’s

Mandatory Skills: Java-J2EE .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
