The primary purpose of this role as a Techno Functional Consultant - L1 at Wipro Technologies in Canada is to seamlessly integrate technological solutions with business strategies. As a Techno Functional Consultant - L1, your role will include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients to understand their business needs and translating them into technical specifications
  • Developing and implementing IT solutions that align with business strategies
  • Participating in training sessions and certification programs to enhance and upgrade your skillset
  • Writing thought leadership articles and case studies, and sharing knowledge across the organization

Required Competencies: Strong client centricity, a passion for achieving results, and a commitment to execution excellence are critical. You should be adept at collaborative working, with an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, along with effective communication skills, will set you apart.

Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow with a focus on IT Service Management is essential. You should have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field to contribute effectively from day one.
