Title: Technical Program Manager
Job Description
Experience:
- overall experience in program/project management and software development, CI/CD, Microservices.
- Experience in managing software programs with a focus on .NET and Angular technologies.
- Proven experience in successfully delivering large-scale, complex programs from concept to completion.
- Extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple complex software programs with a focus on .NET and Angular technologies.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for project execution, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.

- Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring that they align with stakeholder expectations.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify potential risks and proactively mitigate them.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working with .NET and Angular frameworks.
- Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other program managers.
- Facilitate effective communication and ensure alignment on program objectives and deliverables.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring high levels of performance and collaboration.
- Drive improvements in project management processes, Agile methodologies, and tools to enhance program delivery and efficiency.
- Implement Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, depending on the program’s needs, to ensure project success.

- Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices.
- Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, etc.) and Angular (or similar JavaScript frameworks).
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Competencies
The potential compensation for this role is based on labor costs in local markets, as well as the job-related skills, knowledge, and experience of the candidate. Expected base pay for this role ranges from [$100,000] to [$200,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options as well as potential incentive or variable compensation.
