Job Description

Role Overview

 

The Project Management Office (PMO) Lead is crucial in managing change and ensuring projects adhere to established standards and timelines. You will leverage your expertise in effective change management to support various project stakeholders, drive improvements, and facilitate effective communication across multiple teams

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Raise and manage changes via the SNOW platform; engage with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to accurately capture requirements and represent these changes at the relevant Approval Boards
  • Organize and participate in technical sessions to diligently gather project scope and requirements
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Network Architects, and Solution Architects to review and finalize project requirements
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of Change Order Requests (CORs) with suppliers during change board calls and facilitate additional technical discussions if required between Suppliers, Project Managers, Network Architects, and Solution Architects, ensuring timely responses
  • Coordinate with TSA teams to ensure CORs are promptly released to suppliers and track the ensuing proposals
  • Secure necessary approvals for supplier proposals from the project team and oversee the process towards securing commercial signatures and purchase orders
  • If proposals are not accepted, provide constructive feedback to the supplier for developing revised proposals
  • Oversee the uplift of Purchase Orders (POs) and manage the Return to Base (RTB) processes
  • Review and approve invoices to ensure aligned budget execution
  • Continuously seek enhancements in COR processes to streamline operations.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient External/Internal SharePoint that houses supplier data.Areas of Focus:Change Management is a key priority for this role; you will represent Infrastructure teams in the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring that changes are executed efficiently and timely.
