Job Description

Wipro are looking for an Workday test lead to work in the UK on a fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate should have strong experience with Workday and extensive hands on testing experience

 

What we’re looking for:

• Lead the testing activities for our workday teams 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes 

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and detailed test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications.

• Execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday enhancements and new modules.

• Experience in Non-Functional Testing (NFT), risk assessments and any other performance related testing for Workday 

• Identify and document defects, working with functional , technical & vendor teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Establish and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.

• Provide training and support to team members on testing best practices and tools.

• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing status and risks.

 

What you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Test Lead in Workday or similar ERP systems.

• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.

• Exposure to data warehouses 

• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
