I began working in Wipro through their Global 100 MBA rotation program in July 2015, collaborating with global Sales and Delivery teams. My last rotation in the Consulting team’s change management practice also became my permanent role. I then moved to the digital transformation practice, building the team, first in Silicon Valley and later in London, while developing digital change assets leveraging analytics, conversational AI, and service design for client projects.
Two years ago, I joined the AWS cloud partnership team, within Ecosystems and Partnerships, to build the PMO function and manage AWS partner investment programs worldwide. This contributes to further our clients’ cloud journey, while accelerating innovation and digital transformation.
In parallel, I lead the Global LGBTQ+ charter for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. I’m particularly proud of our progress as an organization, building the community for LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies, increasing awareness, and constantly challenging the status quo. In the last year, we rolled out the pronouns feature in key systems globally and launched a new e-learning module, available to all 250k+ colleagues. In the UK&I region, we even ran a pilot initiative for rainbow lanyards. Looking back, I’m amazed at the opportunities that came up along the way!”
