Roles and Responsibilities:
Post completion of joining formalities, hires would be assigned to one of the different departments in HRSS viz. Global Contact Center (24/7), onboarding, background verification, payroll, reimbursements, employee query management, compensation and benefits, off-boarding of employees etc. In these roles, hires will learn about the processes that are used to drive the employee experience at WIPRO.
To nurture the young talent the leadership will provide:
- Continuing Education – wherein you will go through on job training covering various topics in HR operations. There are also dedicated sessions on soft skill building as well.
- Job Rotation – Post completion of 2 year in the role, you will have an opportunity to move to other functions within HRSS. This rotation will enable you to be a domain expert in multiple domains of HR Operations
As part of this job, you would:
- Gain in-depth domain expertise in all areas of HR Operations in the Hire to Retire Process
- Be the Single Point of Contact for employees across globe (52+ countries) in providing resolution to their queries related to HR Processes
- Actively Participate in digitization & hyper-automate initiatives
- Contribute in HR policies through insights of operations data
- Enhance employee experience through simplification, standardizations and digitization mechanism

Eligibility criteria
- 10th Standard - 50%
- 12th Standard - 50%
- Graduation 60% or 6.0 CGPA OR Equivalent
- No Active backlogs
No Gaps are allowed in Graduation period. Graduation should be
completed within 3 years from the start of the Graduation
Year of Passing & Gap
2021- max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (10th to graduation).
