Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative with Wipro, you will play a crucial role in elevating our clients' banking experience. Your role will involve being the primary interface between our commercial clients and our bank, ensuring that each client receives tailored service and accurate information. You will be tasked with fostering strong relationships by understanding their needs and effectively engaging with them across various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings. Long Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial banking clients, delivering prompt and professional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions while ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

  • Handle inquiries related to various aspects of commercial accounts, including transactions, treasury services, loans, and other banking products while providing insightful support.

  • Utilize internal systems effectively to access client information, process service requests, and document issue resolutions in a timely and organized manner.

  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Treasury, and Operations teams to ensure that client needs are met accurately and efficiently, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the process.

  • Educate clients on banking products and digital solutions tailored to their business needs, guiding them to make informed decisions.

Key Qualifications: 

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the commercial banking or financial services sector, demonstrating your capability to excel in this role.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial banking products, services, and industry terminology, enabling you to assist clients effectively.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both business clients and internal stakeholders to foster strong relationships and resolve issues.

  • Comfort with banking software platforms, CRM tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring smooth operation in a tech-driven environment.

  • Strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and effective time management skills necessary to thrive under pressure.

  • Ability to adapt to changing work priorities, systems, and procedures while maintaining a positive approach to evolving business needs.

  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and quality control standards, fostering the bank's integrity and trust.

Preferred Attributes: 

  • Prior experience working with commercial deposit and loan accounts, demonstrating your familiarity with banking operations.

  • Understanding of treasury services such as ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, as well as fraud prevention tools, is highly beneficial.

  • Bilingual communication skills will be advantageous in serving a diverse range of clients and enhancing client interactions.

Mandatory Skills: Retail Banking (CLM) .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $25,000 to $50,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
