The Appian Project Manager will work in Belfast, a key element to this role will be sprint scoping and release scoping with a focus on sprint capacity alignment on Appian projects, the role will be working with one of our financial services clients so experience in this area is a requirement for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough 1) Work with PO team to ensure quality : consistency , completeness, availability, prioritization and tracking of features backlog
  • Organize and coordinate demo for PO and other stakeholders
  • Cross Development Team Coordination and ensure agreement with architects and PO
  • Manage and Maintain all Release Activities
  • Ensure the proposed time is appropriate (doesn’t conflict with business needs, other change, or operational activities)
  • Responsible for consulting with FINSAP, BAU and GPA - Getting Green zone confirmations, BOW review and prioritization, Signoffs, Process optimization opportunity review and improvements etc
  • Sprint delivery process oversight- suggest improvement and refinement
  • RAID tracking and reporting for Platform Lifecycle management
  • Release Planning, Notifications and Retrospective
  • Facilitate run book preparation for release along with deployment team
  • Execute the run book on the day of deployment with deployment and technical support team
Mandatory Skills: Project Portfolio Management .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .
