Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to analyse, identify, rectify & recommend specific improvement measures that help in the security posture of the organization by protecting the sensitive information

Key Responsibilities:
1. Incident and Request Management:
Handle Level 2 incidents and service requests related to ForgeRock IDM, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
Assist teams in escalating and resolving complex issues.
Maintain SLAs for incident response and resolution.
2. Identity Lifecycle Management Support:
Support workflows related to identity provisioning, de provisioning, and synchronization.
Address issues related to JML process
3. System Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor the health and performance of the IDM environment.
Perform regular maintenance tasks.
4. Configuration and Integration Support:
Assist in configuring connectors for integration with external systems such as LDAP and AD (connector in ForgeRock IDM in case of issues)
Troubleshoot issues related to synchronization, mappings, and reconciliation.
5. Problem and Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate recurring issues to identify root causes and recommend permanent solutions.
Collaborate with the L3 and other teams for in depth troubleshooting when required.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
Document incident resolutions, configurations, and workflows for knowledge sharing.
Provide regular updates on system performance and issue trends.
7. Collaboration and Training:
Work closely with application owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Train team members and end users on ForgeRock IDM functionalities.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of ForgeRock IDM, including workflows, scripts, and connectors.
Experience with integration protocols such as REST and LDAP.
Good to have experience on JavaScript, Groovy, and scripting languages like Shell or Python.
Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and application servers.
Experience:
1+ years of hands on experience with ForgeRock IDM in a support role out of 5 years of IT experience
Experience in an ITIL driven environment is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Strong communication skills to work effectively across teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks under pressure.
Work Environment:
Rotational shifts with on call support as needed.
Work from office.
