ServiceNow Developer: ITOM Health Module.

Candidate having minimum 7-8 Years of experience with below mention tools

  • Monitoring tool skill SiteScope , APM/BPM, UIM
  • Create ministerialist, reporting.
  • Generate script using vuegen for APM/BPM monitor.
  • UIM agent troubleshooting.  
  • Integration to SNOW and event mapping
  • Upgrade and patching
  • Manage the Team of Monitoring team, which would be handling incidents, Monitoring alerts, Event on the ticketing & monitoring tool.
  • Lead customer discussions and workshops to understand and translate requirements into solutions with detailed technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders and ensure that technical components of engagement get delivered as per business needs and expectations.
  • Must have knowledge of monitoring and event management tools like SiteScope, SolarWinds, UIM, APM/BPM
  • Must have an interest in exploring and learning new technologies and skills in Infrastructure Management and Automation domain. Knowledge or experience in following technology\tools will be a plus.
  • Employs positive thinking and can work constructively in team development.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile Scrum Development Environment
  • Understands how to apply technology to improve the operational effectiveness or efficiency of specific IT functions or applications related to business-critical tasks.
  • Alarm and Event Management by, SiteScope wherein comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure management
  • Managing the workload of the Monitoring team to ensure that all tickets are resolved within the specified time frame.
  • Monitor Scripting script Versioning Implementing synthetic monitoring on Availability Performance matrix for application.
  • Setup critical transaction event/alert of application Configure Monitoring Settings (Alerts, Threshold, etc.)
