Job Description

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to design, develop, and maintain a variety of software solutions tailored for client systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all software deployed meets rigorous quality assurance standards and functions effectively in real-world applications. This includes thorough testing and debugging processes, adherence to coding standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align closely with client specifications and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Requirements Analysis and Design

  • Engage proactively with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the product/software objectives.
  • Develop innovative software solutions through careful study of systems flow, data usage, and operational processes, focusing on customer needs.
  • Conduct detailed investigations of problem areas throughout the software development life cycle, identifying issues early to streamline solutions.
  • Collaborate extensively with functional teams, systems analysts, and project managers to ensure alignment on technical requirements and product capabilities.

2. Software Development and Optimization

  • Analyze operational feasibility by evaluating requirements, and proposed software solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and technical specifications.
  • Design and implement automated validation processes, setting up test cases, scenarios, and executing comprehensive tests to ensure software quality.
  • Enhance existing software through modifications and upgrades to improve performance, compatibility with new hardware, and user experience.
  • Ensure robust documentation of code and processes, enabling clarity and maintainability for the development team.

3. Client Engagement and Quality Assurance

  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with clients, capturing their requirements, and soliciting feedback to enhance service delivery and project outcomes.
  • Document and present solutions thoroughly, utilizing flowcharts, diagrams, and clear, code-commenting practices to facilitate understanding throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay current on emerging technologies and methodologies relevant to software development.
  • Ensure all interactions with clients reflect professionalism, emphasizing clarity in communications, responsiveness to concerns, and active fault management.
Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise .
