Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform the duties of leading Industry platform for Telco enterprise for telecom Network Manage Services focused on legacy and modern network solution along with other solutions like IoT, 5G, end user, hybrid cloud.
Guide on proactive and RFPs based business for TMNS in terms of account / bid strategy, differentiated offering and proposal buildup basis customer requirement analysis and mapping.
Identify opportunities for transformation for customers by analyzing current network infrastructure, and network operating state.
Develop a target operating model, support staff sizing based on defined guidelines, and consider the unique requirement of end customers.
Continuously work on changing customer requirements and aligning product and offering strategy accordingly and provide inputs to platform engineering team for platform journey.
Participate in customer discussions, and workshops to identify customer requirements, and area of improvement and develop a suitable solutions.
Build product strategy for Telecom Manage network services, market positioning, growth strategy and operationalizing same
Liaison with various account teams within the organization and develop proactive customer pitch and account strategy
Work with the Sales team, OEMs, and analysts and develop promotional and Go-to-Market materials along with marketing
Constantly explore areas of improvement and win strategies for network pre-sales opportunities across multiple industry verticals.
Explore additional solutions and services for Telecom enterprise customers like IoT, 5G, hybrid cloud, security etc with support from respective practices but anchored by self

Skills:
Minimum 15 years of experience in the Networking area with a focus on managed network services and related solutions.
Minimum 5 years of experience on Product management of offering / platform or business management of a technology services with 100Mn plus revenue
Experience in handling large customer engagements and CX levels relationship building
Fair understanding on network security, voice and collaboration platforms
Good point of view on overall network industry trends and technology developments.
Good communication skills, Presentation skills, positive attitude and flexibility.
Ability to work with cross functional teams and lead new offering development over entire life cycle from conceptualization to client adoption with ownership
Good interpersonal skills for working with customers, internal stakeholders etc.
Understanding Telco B2B operating models will be an advantage.
Understanding other solutions on top of network.
